Looks nice, but doesn't stay on

First off, these were shipped in a padded envelope, so the case they come in is broken and doesn't remain closed. The latch is cheaply made: you clip it to the earbud, and when you go to put the earbuds on your ears, the latch pops loose and they fall off. This is, of course, assuming that they don't pop off before you can even put the earbuds on your ears. The picture insinuates that they can remain on inside the charging case, but they do NOT fit.
